Navigate to the Options screen
a.Click Admin
b.Click Options

2.Navigate to Controls Options
a.Click on the Controls option on the sidebar or scroll down the web page until you see the Controls section.

3.In the Control Required/Fill Setting table find the setting you would like to change
a.Note: Form is where the change will be applied (p=profile or e=editor)
4.Select an option from the Display drop down
a.blank - the field is not hidden or restricted
b.F - gives a warning when the field is not filled in but it does not prevent you from saving changes if the field is blank
c.I - hides the field
d.R - makes the field a required field that needs to be filled in to save changes
e.E - makes the field a read only field |
5.Click the save button
