Inventory Management

NesdaTrak has an inventory system built in.

If you are NOT using the inventory system, the user has free use of the ‘cmplt’ field (complete field) through the event editors. This can be set to Yes or not Yes (blank or no).  The intention of the cmplt field for FRZ is that the ‘order’ has been picked/shipped to the client.  This is a flag that is different than the posted/open status of the event which indicates if the event is on an invoice or not.   The cmplt flag will indicate that the order is ‘done’ or ‘complete’ as far as the volunteer is concerned.

 

If you ARE using the inventory system, the user will be able to use the ‘order complete’ screen (under edit/inventory) to indicate that the order and items are complete (shipped).   Once all items are complete, then the event automatically will have the cmplt flag set to Yes (or as complete).
