1.Navigate to the Options screen

2.Navigate to Controls Options

3.In the control settings table locate the date for the module you would like to send to Here 2 Volunteer

4.Change the value of the setting to cc_datet

5.In the Control Required/Fill Setting table find the H2 settings for the module you would like to send to Here 2 Volunteer

a.Form: E

b.Module: module you would like to send to Here 2 Volunteer (Ex. HMK)

c.Prompt: H2

6.Select the blank option from the display drop down

7.In the Control Required/Fill Setting table find the H2 settings for the PW or PE module

a.Form: P

b.Module: PE or PW

c.Prompt: H2 Invite, H2 Status, and Here2

8.For H2 invite and Here2 - Select the blank option from the display drop down

9.For H2 Status - Select the E option for the display drop down

10.Click the save button
