Navigate to the Event sheet
a.Click Edit
b.Click Event Sheet

Search for Events
a.Set the module that you would like to look for (ex. TR). Note module is a required field to do a search.
b.Set the date range you would like to look at.
c.Set the event status you would like to see (i.e. Open, Posted, etc.)
d.Optional - Set the profile name/profile number of the profile you would like to search for.
e.Optional - Set the area that you would like to search for (ex. Belleville)
f.Click the search button

3.Optional - If you would like the column to be grouped in a specific order (ascending or descending)
sort the column.
a.Click the header of the column you would like to sort (ex. Billing). This will sort the column in ascending order.
b.Click the column a second time to sort in descending order.

4.Right click the column you would like to group by (ex. Billing)
5.Click Group by This Column
6.In the below example, columns are now grouped by Billing.
7.Optional Step. Repeat steps 4-6 to group additional columns. In the below example, columns are now grouped by Billing and Event Date.

To ungroup one column
a.Right click the group you would like to ungroup ( ex. Event Date)
b.Click Ungroup
c.In the below example, columns are now grouped by Billing.

To ungroup all columns
a.Right click on any column header.
b.Click Ungroup All
