i.White : No status, not connected
ii.Green: On the list, accepted appointment
iii.Purple: On the list but requested to cancel by the other party
iv.Blue: Requested to be on the list by the other party
v.Red: Request to cancel
vi.Gold: Off the list
vii.Black: Draft Mode
